ACCOMMODATION block
Client: Rockfield Studios
The brief was to produce a 3d floorplan plus a short 'flythough' animation for the clients website and some still images for a sales brouchure.
Glasgow Fort shopping development
Client: Now Media – marketing and design company
To produce an evening visualisation of one of the main external malls of a new shopping park. This was produced from architects plans to be included in a new letting brochure.
CURVY HOUSE MONMOUTH
Client: Patrick Thomas
Patrick is well known for his eco-friendly designs and asked us to produce a visualisation of a sedum roofed house he had designed for a small plot in Monmouth. Our visuals were used to support a planning application using both ‘before’ and ‘after’ images.
CONSEPTUAL DESIGN
Client: Paul Brice- architect
An innovative new design was created by architect Paul Brice for his clients. In order for his clients to visualise their new home, we created this photorealistic image to support the architect’s presentation. It is also planned to use this to aid the planning process.
Urban house kitchen extension
Client: Private home owners
To provide plans for submission to planners and CGI visuals of planned extension for both interior and exterior aspects. Because the property is located in an area of special interest, the visuals were required to aid the successful planning application.
Container layouts
Client: SecureSpace Containers
To provide images of various accomodation layout possibilities for containers. The images are used for web and promotional purposes.
